How to Create Healthy Shoulders For Volleyball

In order to have a successful volleyball career you need to have healthy shoulders.

In this series we cover the most important exercises and detail pertaining to the shoulder. If you choose not to take regular care of your shoulders then you will suffer more injuries, have a shorter volleyball career, and a compensated arm-swing.
