Welcome to The Vert and Strength
Optimization Program

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an in-season or of-season program?
The program is fully customized. We will discuss how busy your volleyball schedule is on the Zoom Strategy Session and figure out what would be the ideal training frequency and intensity. If you are in-season you can still make great improvements without overworking yourself in the gym. We train smarter instead of just training harder!
How much does the program cost?
We have a couple different pricing options that can be discussed on the Zoom call. The program is approximately $240USD monthly. It is a small investment to gain strength and increase your vertical jump.
How soon until I will be jumping higher?

This all depends on your effort you put in and genetics. Almost all our athletes improve their vertical jump. Some notice their jump has improved in less than two weeks. On average our clients gain 3 inches on their spike touch in 90 days.

What equipment do I need access to?
The program is fully customized based on what equipment you have access to.
What will I learn during the program?
The aim of the program is to not only give you game changing results, but also to help you acquire the tools and habits so that you can crush it for your entire volleyball career.
How is this program different from any other program?
The Vert and Strength Program is fully customized. I am here to help you every step of the way. Most programs on the market are a one-size fits all program. But all athletes are different, so an individualized approach to training will offer significantly greater results.
How do you help me personally?
I am in your pocket, well not literally. If you have any questions you can message myself (Coach Reid) and our vert and strength coaches from the app at anytime. You are also able to book in for additional Zoom calls. Our coaching team will be checking in on you regularly and making sure you are not only taking steps in the right direction but also CRUSHING it!
Do I get a step by step guide to achieving results?
Yes, everything we do within the program is perfectly crafted for you (not just the science but ensuring the client experience is user friendly, easy to follow and eliminates every aspect of potential guesswork).
How many days a week will I need to train?
The number of days you should be training per week is dependant on how busy your volleyball schedule is. But you should be training anywhere between 2 to 5 times per week. During the Zoom strategy session we will discuss your volleyball schedule and what might be the ideal training frequency.
How long does the program last?

The program is 90 days in length. Throughout the 90 days you will complete 3 to 4 workout programs. Every 4 weeks the program changes. But you are more than welcome to continue on with the training past the 90 days.

What if my volleyball schedule changes?
Once again, I am here to help you every step of the way.
How do I know if I am ready to join your program?

The time is now. The longer you wait the longer it will be until you are jumping higher.

How will I know if I am performing the exercises properly?
All of your workouts are delivered through our app. You have the ability to film any of your exercises and upload it to the app. Within 24 hours you will get detailed feedback on your exercise execution. I will even look at your volleyball videos and take an analysis of your movement patterns.
Does age matter to do this program?

It is recommended that the athlete is at least 13 years old to join the program. We have athletes up to 52 years old crushing the program. The program is customized based on the development level of the athlete.

How long are the workouts?

Depends on how old you are, training experience, how much time you have. This can be discussed on the Zoom call.
