In stage 1 we focus on building the foundation. In this phase you will develop the structural tolerance so that massive strength, power, and vertical improvements can be safely developed. I know what you are thinking, this phase sounds easy and boring…. Wrong! In this phase you will notice that your strength, and movement quality will improve each week. STAGE 2
