JP (@romathletique) is a life long beach volleyball athlete and strength coach based out of Quebec, Canada.

In his mid-thirties he is jumping higher than any other point in his volleyball career.

What was the change that JP made? He got very structured with his workout programming. He made consistent small progressions with his training. He became very technical with his Olympic lifts so that he could maximize his power output.
