5 Volleyball Drills with 2 Players and No Net! Foot Work and Ball Control
If you want to have better footwork and ball control then you need to do the little things to be successful.
This often means spending extra time developing your skills outside of practice.
In this 5 drill series, all that is needed is a partner, a ball, and cones.
Routine:
1. Lateral Shuffles- 2 rounds of 10 shuffle steps and crossover steps
2. Lateral Shuffle to Diagonal Shuffle- 4 rounds
3. Peel and Short Footwork- 2 rounds both directions
4. Square and Diamond Passing- 2 rounds both directions
5. Block, Self Dig, Set- 2 rounds of 10
